The engineered wood flooring we offer is a product manufactured exclusively in our own facility. Both the base layer and the top wear layer are produced in-house, which allows us to control every stage of the production process – both technically and in terms of quality. This sets us apart from other manufacturers and gives us the advantage of being able to meet our customers’ needs with a wide range of three-layer engineered wood flooring models, designed to satisfy the most diverse requirements.

We also operate a wood thermal treatment system. Please note: this is not the same as wood drying. Thermal treatment is carried out at temperatures between 130°C and 220°C. This process makes the wood significantly more dimensionally stable. The treatment takes place in a high-temperature, steam-rich, oxygen-free environment, making it a 100% natural process. Thermally treated flooring can be successfully used in spaces with higher humidity, whether commercial or residential. Additionally, depending on the temperature used during thermal treatment, we can achieve unique and deep tones in the wood that are extremely difficult to replicate through staining or painting.

The three-layer engineered flooring produced in our factory is available in standard thicknesses of 11 mm and 14 mm, but we can also manufacture custom thicknesses upon request. Standard widths include 90, 120, 150, 180, 200, 220, and 240 mm, but we can also produce wider boards, up to 300–400 mm, on request. Lengths are proportionate to the width and start from 600 mm up to 3000 mm, and for special orders, we can even produce boards of 4000 mm or 5000 mm.
